As the owners of Bloc, we embrace the adage, "Treat others how you want to be treated." Like you, we are medical marijuana consumers who want to enjoy the highest-quality products around. We strive to treat ourselves to only the finest a brand has to offer, and we know that as members of our community, our customers deserve the same standards. 

We are proud of the brands that have partnered with us, and we stand by the products we've curated. While we trust the integrity of what goes on our shelves, life is full of unexpected hiccups. Sometimes a product from even the most trusted provider can be defective, such as a vape pen with a faulty battery or a cartridge that's leaking or clogged. Whatever the case may be, a commitment to your wellness and satisfaction is our number one priority. With that said, we are thrilled to announce that we are now able to offer a return policy to our PA customers.

There are standards throughout every industry that businesses must follow, and returns are no exception. Regardless, we have done our best to streamline the process and have updated our policy accordingly to make it easier for you.

Return Policy: Defective products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Examples of defective products include: leaking or clogged cartridges or a dead battery.  Please return the item to us together with the original packaging and receipt. We are happy to assist you.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for reasons mentioned above, you may bring it back to one of our bloc dispensaries within 7 days to receive a product exchange or store credit. We ask that our customers bring back the items they wish to return complete with a receipt and all original packaging and contents. That's it! We take care of the rest from there.

We want our PA patients to get the medical marijuana products they need, and with this new policy in place, our customers can rest assured knowing that no matter what, they will leave our dispensaries satisfied.
